A shared budget only works when everyone is in it. Denarika runs on iPhone and Android alike, and the people you invite join free.

Money in more than one currency

Cash in one currency, a card in another, savings in a third. Totals only make sense when every account is converted at the day’s rate, without you looking it up.

Limits you notice too late

A budget you check at the end of the month only tells you what already happened. Denarika shows every limit on its tile and warns you as you get close.

Quick add

Tap a tile, type the amount, done

Every category is a tile on the main screen. Tap one and a keypad opens with the account you used last already picked; add a note or change the date if you need to. A home-screen widget, an iPhone shortcut and an Android Quick Settings tile add an entry without opening the app first.

Every currency

Accounts in any currency, totals in yours

Cash, cards, bank accounts you track by hand, savings, investments and debts, each in its own currency, as many as you like. Rates update once a day by themselves, every entry keeps the rate of its own date, and a transfer between two currencies lets you type the amount that actually arrived.

A ring on every tile

Set a monthly limit for the whole budget, for any category, or both. Each tile shows how much of its limit is spent, and Denarika warns you when you get close and again when you go over. Charts show income, expenses and categories for any month, next to the month before.

Share the budget with a QR code

Sign in with Apple or Google, tap Invite family and let them scan the code, on iPhone or Android. Everyone sees the same live budget, and limit warnings reach every member. One subscription covers the household, up to 6 people, and the people you invite join free. The owner can remove a member, and anyone can leave.

Your data

Backup, restore and CSV export, free

Save a backup file, restore it on any phone, or export your entries as CSV for a spreadsheet. Sign in and the same budget is on all your own devices, free. Denarika works offline and syncs when you’re back online. It never connects to your bank: you enter the amounts yourself.

Questions

Is Denarika really free?Yes, for one person: no limits on accounts, categories, currencies or history, and no ads. Denarika Family is the only paid part. It adds the shared household budget and the Year view, and the App Store or Google Play shows its price before you buy.
Does it connect to my bank?No. Denarika never connects to your bank and never asks for bank logins. You enter amounts yourself: tap a tile, type the amount.
How do multiple currencies work?Each account keeps its own currency. Denarika updates exchange rates once a day by itself and shows your totals in your base currency. Every entry keeps the rate of its own date, so last month’s totals don’t change when rates move. All currencies are free.
How do I share the budget with my family?Sign in with Apple or Google, then tap Invite family. Denarika shows a QR code; your family member scans it with their phone, iPhone or Android, and joins your budget. Each code works once, for about 10 minutes, and you can also send it as a link in a message. Inviting needs Denarika Family; the people you invite join free, up to 6 in a household.
What happens if Denarika Family ends?Nothing is deleted. Members can still see everything entered so far and keep their own entries. New shared entries and new invites stop until the owner renews Denarika Family.
Can I use Denarika on more than one device?Yes, free. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on each phone or tablet, and your budget is the same on all of them. Denarika works offline too: changes sync when you’re back online.
Is my data private?There are no ads and no bank connections. Your budget is kept in an encrypted cloud copy in the European Union so it can sync, and only the people you invite to your household see it. Anonymous usage statistics can be turned off in Settings.
